Your BluesTV monthly/ annual subscription will continue until terminated unless specifically stated otherwise.


Pay-Per-View passes are available for single use only on live content (these do not require cancellation) and do not grant access to on-demand content.


Please be advised that 10 working days' notice is required for cancellation of this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period


OR 

  • You can cancel or unsubscribe from the service in your My Account section (on the website ), 
  • if you look in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION section
  • there is a CANCEL button. If you click this you will be able to cancel the pass yourself, this will give a cancel date and you will still have access to the service until this cancels off your account. 


You may not be able to do this via the app, so please log onto a browser to do this. 


Just to let you know, three working days' notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period and this cannot be refunded
